21402Weigh Bar Pro (pair)
Two carbon-steel bars finished with electrostatic powder coat, 1,115 mm long with a 77.35 mm low profile. Designed to sit flat under a chute floor channel, on a concrete pad, or directly on packed dirt. Together the pair supports the kit’s full 5,000 lb × 1 lb capacity.

The Weigh Bar Pro is a standalone pair of load bars — 1,115 mm (43.9 in) long, 160 mm (6.3 in) wide and 115 mm (4.5 in) tall. Like any cattle weigh bar, you bolt them one of two ways:
Under a squeeze chute
Bolt the bars to the chute’s base frame and down to a level concrete pad. The animal stands in the chute as normal.
Under a weigh platform
Bolt the bars beneath a flat, open-sided deck set in the alley — no concrete needed. The most universal way to mount them.
Top mounting-hole pattern: holes on 950 mm (37.4 in) and 854 mm (33.6 in) centres — the 854 mm holes are slotted (±10 mm) for easy alignment — with outer bolt-down feet at 1,065 mm (41.9 in) and 120 mm spacing across the bar. Build your platform or mount to these centres.Designed to work with standard cattle chute and alley configurations, including floor-mount setups from Arrowquip, Powder River, WW Manufacturing, Gallagher and Tru-Test. The kit ships as bars only — no chute-specific brackets or platform are included, and drilling or fabrication is typically required. Always verify your chute’s floor-channel dimensions against the measurements above before installation.

Will the bars fit my existing chute?
The Weigh Bar Pro is a universal-style load bar that bolts under a squeeze chute (to the chute frame and a concrete pad) or under a flat weigh platform. Can I use this with weigh bars I already own from Gallagher or Tru-Test?
Yes. The WT3000-IR-AG indicator (sold separately as part number 21401) accepts standard load cell inputs and can be paired with existing Gallagher, Tru-Test, or Datamars Livestock bars in place of the original head unit. Order the indicator alone if you don't need a second set of bars.
How does the battery handle a full working day in the field?
A single charge delivers up to 40 hours of runtime. For multi-day pasture work, plug the indicator into any 12 V vehicle outlet between sessions using the included cigarette-lighter adapter, or run it directly off a 12 V solar setup. There's no need for a separate inverter or generator.
Is the indicator legal-for-trade?
The WT3000-IR-AG indicator is built to Class III accuracy with up to 10,000 divisions, which is the legal-for-trade accuracy class. NTEP certification status on the full kit varies — contact our sales team with your application and we'll confirm what's required for your jurisdiction.
Do the bars come with mounting brackets or a platform?
No. The kit is the two Weigh Bar Pro bars, the WT3000-IR-AG indicator, power supply, vehicle adapter and IP65 case. The bars have slotted mounting feet, so you bolt them to your chute’s base frame and a concrete pad, or to a flat platform you supply or build to the hole pattern shown above (950 / 854 mm centres).
Do I need the AP-02 tablet, or does my phone work?
Any modern iOS or Android phone running the WSysFarm app will pair with the indicator over Bluetooth. The AP-02 Plus is for operations that want a dedicated chute-side device with a built-in thermal ticket printer — useful for buyer transactions, vet visits, and custodial records.
