Privacy Policy

Effective date: October 14, 2026  ·  Last updated: October 14, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how Weightech USA LLC ("WeightechUSA," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, shares, and protects information about you when you visit weightechusa.com (the "Site"), contact us, request a quote, or buy products from us. It applies only to information collected through the Site and related communications, not to information collected offline or by third-party websites we link to.

1. Information we collect

Information you give us. When you create an account, request a quote, place an order, chat with us, fill out a form, or email or call us, we collect what you provide, such as your name, company name, job title, email address, phone number, billing and shipping addresses, tax-exemption details, order details, and the content of your messages.

Payment information. Card payments are processed by our e-commerce platform and its payment processors. We do not store full card numbers on our own systems. If you apply for net payment terms, we collect the business and credit information on your credit application and may verify it with credit reference agencies and the trade references you provide.

Information collected automatically. When you use the Site, we and our service providers automatically collect device and usage information, such as your IP address, browser and device type, operating system, referring web page, pages viewed, links clicked, search terms, the date and time of each visit, and your approximate location derived from your IP address. We collect this information using cookies, pixels, tags, and similar technologies (see Section 4).

Information from other sources. We may receive business contact information (such as your name, employer, job title, and work email) from business-data providers, distributors, partners, and public sources.

2. How we use information

  • To process and ship orders, provide quotes, deliver customer support and technical support, and handle returns and warranty claims;
  • To operate, maintain, secure, and improve the Site, and to fix errors;
  • To communicate with you about your orders, account, and requests;
  • To send marketing emails about our products and services, which you can stop at any time (see Section 6);
  • To understand how visitors use the Site, measure advertising, and show our ads on other websites;
  • To identify businesses that may be interested in our products, and to follow up on sales leads;
  • To detect, prevent, and respond to fraud, security incidents, and illegal activity;
  • To comply with law, enforce our terms, and protect our rights and the rights of others.

3. How we share information

We do not sell your personal information for money. We share it only as described here:

  • Service providers that work for us, such as our e-commerce platform and hosting provider, payment processors, shipping carriers, email and chat providers, analytics providers, and IT and security vendors. They may use the information only to provide services to us.
  • Advertising and analytics partners (listed in Section 4) that collect information through cookies and similar technologies on the Site. Some privacy laws may treat this as "selling" or "sharing" personal information for targeted advertising; Section 7 explains how to opt out.
  • Manufacturers and authorized distributors, where needed to fulfil your order, register a product, or process a warranty claim.
  • Credit reference agencies and trade references, if you apply for net payment terms.
  • Affiliated companies under common ownership or control with us, for the purposes in this Policy.
  • Legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, a subpoena, or a court order; to enforce our terms; or to protect the rights, property, or safety of WeightechUSA, our customers, or others.
  • Business transfers: in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of all or part of our business, subject to this Policy.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

We may also use and share information that has been aggregated or de-identified so it can no longer reasonably identify you. We do not attempt to re-identify it.

4. Cookies, analytics, advertising, and chat

We and the third parties below use cookies and similar technologies on the Site:

  • Essential cookies that keep your shopping cart and account login working. If you disable cookies you can still browse, but you will not be able to add items to your cart or sign in.
  • Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and Google Ads, to measure Site traffic and advertising performance and to show our ads on other sites. Learn more at how Google uses information from sites that use its services, and opt out of personalized Google ads at adssettings.google.com.
  • Meta (Facebook) Pixel, which records visits to the Site so we can measure and show our ads on Facebook and Instagram. See the Meta Privacy Policy, and manage ad preferences in your Facebook account settings.
  • Smartsupp live chat. If you use the chat window, Smartsupp processes the messages and contact details you provide, and may record your visit to give our staff context. See the Smartsupp privacy information.

By continuing to use the Site, you acknowledge these technologies. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and you can opt out of interest-based advertising through the Digital Advertising Alliance and the Network Advertising Initiative.

Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control. The Site does not currently respond to browser "Do Not Track" signals, because there is no common industry standard for them. Where a law requires us to honor a Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal, we will do so.

5. Data security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections and payment processing through PCI-compliant providers. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for keeping your account password confidential. If we learn of a security breach affecting your personal information, we will notify you as required by applicable law.

6. Marketing emails

You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link in any marketing email, by changing your newsletter settings in your account, or by contacting us (Section 13). We will still send transactional messages about your orders, quotes, and account.

7. Your privacy choices and rights

You can review and update your account information at any time by signing in to your account. You may also contact us to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information.

Depending on where you live, you may have additional rights under state or other law, such as the right to know what personal information we hold about you, to get a copy of it, to correct or delete it, and to opt out of targeted advertising, "sales," or profiling. To make a request, email us at [email protected] with the subject line "Privacy Request," or call 954-666-0877 x305. We will verify your request using information you have already given us, and we will respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows it. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision with the subject line "Privacy Appeal." We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights.

8. Data retention

We keep personal information for as long as needed for the purposes described in this Policy: for example, for as long as your account is active, for the life of a product's warranty and support, and as long as required for tax, accounting, and legal purposes. We then delete or de-identify it.

9. Children's privacy

The Site is intended for business and adult customers. It is not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 16. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

10. Location of data and international visitors

We are based in the United States, and we and our service providers process and store information in the United States and other countries. If you use the Site from outside the United States, your information will be transferred to and processed in the United States, where data-protection laws may differ from those in your country.

11. Links to other websites

The Site links to other websites, such as manufacturer datasheets and our social media pages. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of those websites, and we encourage you to read their privacy policies.

12. Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version on this page and change the "Last updated" date above. If we make material changes, we will give additional notice, such as a notice on the Site or an email to account holders. The changes take effect when posted, unless the law requires otherwise.

This Policy may be provided in English and Spanish. If the versions conflict, the English version controls.
