YOUR STORE FOR LOAD CELLS, SCALE, WEIGHT INDICATORS.

Weight control for every machine on the farm.

Agricultural weighing for the whole operation: feed mixer scales for ration control, grain cart scales for in-field weighing, silo and bin load cells for inventory, and feed-out records in the cab. We integrate weighing into the machines you already run, and ship from stock in Davie, FL.

A tractor pulling a vertical TMR feed mixer. The mixer tub sits on weigh bars bolted between the tub and the chassis; a cable runs from the bars to an indicator on the front of the mixer, and a feeding monitor sits in the tractor cab. The tub is shown cut away while it fills with the day's ration. Weigh bars between tub and chassis Indicator on the mixer Monitor in the cab Tub cut away filling to the ration

One supplier for every weigh point

Every orange part on the drawing is something we supply: bars under the mixer and in the cart axle, cells under the bin legs, and the indicators that read them. Pick a solution above, or tap a ring on the drawing.

Vertical TMR feed mixer standing on weigh bars in a farmyard

    Ration weight control

Weigh bars between the tub and the chassis turn any TMR or vertical feed mixer into a mixer scale. Every ingredient goes in by weight against its target, so the ration that leaves the mixer is the one you planned.

    What it takes
An axle weigh bar fitted to the running gear of a grain cart in a stubble field

    In-field weighing

Weigh bars built into the cart axle turn a grain cart or feed wagon into an on-board scale. Every load is weighed where it’s filled, with no trip to a platform scale, so harvest keeps moving and every load has a number.

    What it takes
A row of grain bins on legs, each leg standing on a load cell

    Bin and silo inventory

Compression cells under each leg weigh the whole bin, unaffected by bridging, density or angle of repose. A transmitter sends the weight to your control or farm-management system, so inventory and reorders run on real numbers.

    What it takes
A mixer indicator mounted in the tractor cab, showing total weight while feeding

    Feeding automation

A ration monitor in the cab prompts each ingredient, totals the load and logs feed-out by pen and day. The operator follows the screen, and you get a feeding record for shrink and cost control.

    What it takes
A replacement indicator and weigh bar on a feed mixer

    Retrofit and upgrades

Replacement weigh bars and indicators for Avery Weigh-Tronix and Digi-Star scales. Interchangeable bars match the mounting envelope and analog output, so you upgrade the system without re-engineering the mixer.

    What it takes

    Ration automation, pen by pen

A ration-capable monitor in the cab runs the feeding routine: it prompts each ingredient, totals the load, and logs what every pen got. The operator follows the screen. Need a plain readout instead? Any of our indicators reads the same bars.

    Programmed rations
Store rations by name with a target weight for each ingredient.
    Ingredient sequencing
Each ingredient is weighed against its target, with over and under flagged before the next one goes in.
    Automatic tare
The mixer zeroes between ingredients, so every reading is net. No mental math.
    Load and feed-out logging
Every mixed load and every drop is logged by ration, pen and day.
    Run-to-target totals
Top up partial loads toward a target, or count down to zero.
    Sealed for the yard
IP68 cells and a rugged cab indicator handle dust, washdown, vibration and weather.

Upgrading or retrofitting? Send the number off the old bar.

Send the mixer model, the number off the weigh bar you're replacing, or a photo of the bar and spindle. We come back with interchangeable bars, an indicator that fits how you work, and the harness, usually within one business day.

    1. Discovery

      Under 1 business day

You share the mixer or cart make, the bars or scale head you run today, and the conditions. We confirm spindle bore, capacity, and whether it's a retrofit or a new build.

    2. Match and quote

      1 to 3 business days

You get matching bars or cells with the Avery Weigh-Tronix or Digi-Star cross-reference, plus indicator, harness and mounting, with options across brands and lead time per line.

    3. Supply

      Same day to 3 weeks

Common bars, cells and indicators ship same day from Davie, FL. Less common spindle bores and custom harnesses take 1 to 3 weeks. Kitted and labeled per machine.

    4. Commission

      On request

Phone or video support through mounting, span calibration with a known weight, ration programming, and a test feed-out.

    Questions buyers ask

Can I replace my Avery Weigh-Tronix or Digi-Star weigh bars without changing the mixer?

In most cases, yes. Dinamica Generale weigh bars match the common mounting envelopes and analog output used by Avery Weigh-Tronix and Digi-Star, so they bolt to the existing frame and read on a compatible head. Send the part number or a photo of the bar and spindle and we confirm the cross-reference before quoting.

Will the cells and indicator survive feedlot dust, washdown and weather?

Yes. The Dinamica Generale weigh bars and cells are IP68 sealed in coated nylon and glass-fiber housings for open-yard and feed-alley service, and our WT-series stainless indicators are IP69K for high-pressure washdown areas.

What capacity weigh bars do I need for my mixer or grain cart?

Size the bars to the loaded weight of the machine, not the payload alone. Dinamica Generale ag bars run roughly 7,930 to 29,855 kg per bar depending on model. Tell us the make, model and number of support points and we spec the set.

Can I program rations and log what each pen got?

Yes, with a ration-capable mixer and feeder indicator, such as those from Dinamica Generale. Store rations by name, sequence each ingredient against its target with tolerance prompts, and log every mixed load and feed-out drop by ration, pen and day.

Do you sell to equipment OEMs and dealers?

Yes. Manufacturers building weighing into mixers, carts and trailers, and the dealers who service them, get tiered pricing and volume support. Send your business details and we'll route you to the OEM and dealer program.

    What are typical lead times?

Common weigh bars and indicators ship same day from Davie, FL. Less common spindle bores, custom harness lengths and silo compression-cell kits usually take 1 to 3 weeks. Exact dates come with the quote.
