YOUR STORE FOR LOAD CELLS, SCALE, WEIGHT INDICATORS.

Weight control from the aggregate bin to the truck.

Concrete batch plant weighing for the whole operation: load cells under the aggregate and cement weigh hoppers for recipe batching, silo load cells for inventory, water and admixture dosing, and truck scales at the gate. We supply plant manufacturers, integrators and ready-mix operators, and ship from stock in Davie, FL.

A concrete batch plant in side view. Sand and stone drop from the aggregate bins into a weigh hopper that rests on load cells, then ride an incline belt to the charging chute. A screw conveyor feeds cement from a silo on load cells into a cement weigh hopper hung on S-type load cells. Water and admixture are weighed in tanks on single-point load cells. Everything discharges through the chute into a ready-mix truck. The hoppers and tanks are shown cut away while they fill to the recipe. Concrete batch plant weighing solutions

From the aggregate hopper to the truck scale at the gate, we add weight control, automation and integration to the plant you already run. Pick a solution to see where it fits and what it includes.

One supplier for every weigh point

Every orange part on the drawing is something we supply: cells under the aggregate hopper and the silo, S-type cells on the cement batcher, single-point cells under the water and admixture tanks, the truck scale at the gate, and the indicators that read them. Pick a solution above, or tap a ring on the drawing.

    Recipe batching

Load cells under the aggregate and cement weigh hoppers, read by one batching controller, weigh every ingredient against the mix design. Sand, stone, cement, water and admixture go in by weight, so every load matches the recipe and leaves a batch record.

    What it takes
A row of tall corrugated steel silos with a conveyor gallery along the top

    Silo inventory by weight

Compression cells under each leg, or S-type tension cells on a suspended silo, weigh the cement, fly ash and additive silos directly. A transmitter sends the weight to your plant control system, so inventory and reorders run on real numbers instead of level guesses.

    What it takes
A concrete batch plant with cement silos and a batch tower, two ready-mix trucks parked in front

    Water and admixture dosing

Single-point cells under the water and admixture tanks, with a dedicated batching controller, dose each liquid by weight. Small doses get the same control as the aggregate, so the water-cement ratio and admixture rate stay where the mix design puts them.

    What it takes
Close-up of a truck's tandem wheels on the steel deck of a truck scale

    Truck weighing at the gate

A truck scale at the plant gate weighs incoming aggregate and cement deliveries and the trucks going out. Paired with ticketing software, it prints customer tickets, keeps vehicle records and flags overloads, so every load through the gate has a weight and a ticket.

    What it takes
A ready-mix truck parked in front of a batch plant with aggregate bins and cement silos at dusk

    Retrofit and upgrades

Replacement load cells and indicators for the plant you already run. Output and mounting envelopes are industry-common, so most cells swap without changing the hopper; send the nameplate and we confirm electrical and mechanical fit before quoting.

    What it takes

One controller, every scale in the batch

A multi-scale batching controller runs the aggregate, cement, water and admixture weighments in one recipe sequence. Recipes are saved, each ingredient is held to its tolerance window, and every load leaves a batch record.

    Saved recipes
Store each mix design by name with a target weight for every ingredient.
    One sequence, every scale
Aggregate, cement, water and admixture weighments run in one recipe sequence from one programmable indicator.
    Tolerance windows
Each ingredient is checked against its window, with over and under flagged before the batch discharges.
    Batch records
Target and actual weights for every ingredient, kept for every load.
    Silo inventory
Silos on load cells report what is left by weight, so cement and fly ash orders follow real use.

    Questions buyers ask

How accurate will my batching be?

It depends on the plant more than the parts: cell capacity matched to the hopper, mounting, vibration from belts and gates, and calibration. Tell us the hopper size, batch size and the cells you run today, and we sanity-check the setup before quoting.

Can one controller run the whole batch?

Yes, with a multi-scale batching controller. One programmable indicator runs the aggregate, cement, water and admixture weighments in a single recipe sequence, saves recipes and holds each ingredient to its tolerance window. Tell us how many scales the plant has and we match the controller.

Are these cells interchangeable with our existing ones?

Most likely, yes. Output in mV/V and standard mounting envelopes are industry-common. Send a photo of the nameplate or the spec sheet for the cell you are replacing, and we confirm electrical and mechanical compatibility before quoting.

Can you weigh our cement and fly ash silos for inventory?

Yes. Silos are mounted on compression canister cells or S-type tension cells, depending on how the silo is supported, and the cells are IP68 stainless for outdoor service. A weight transmitter sends the silo weight to your plant control system.

Do you offer OEM and dealer pricing?

Yes. Plant manufacturers and authorized integrators get tiered pricing on standard cells, indicators and accessory kits. Send your business details, expected annual volume and project portfolio, and we route you to the dealer program.

    What are typical lead times?

Davie, FL stock ships same day, and common cells, indicators and WT-series controllers are stocked. Specialty configurations, such as custom mounting or oversized capacity, usually take 1 to 6 weeks depending on the manufacturer. Exact dates come with the quote.
