Cattle weight records

Every weigh-in
writes itself.

The WT3000-IR AG indicator sends each locked weight straight to your phone over Bluetooth. Pair an RFID wand and the ear-tag ID files itself alongside the weight — hands free. No notebook. No end-of-day data entry. No lost weigh tickets.

  • 5,000 / 11,000 lb capacity

The weight is free. Throwing it away is what costs you.

You already do the work of weighing. The record should be free.

Most operations weigh cattle and keep nothing. The number gets read off the display, called out, maybe scratched on a clipboard, and then it dies — in a truck door pocket, in a shirt pocket through the wash, or in a notebook nobody transcribes.

That number was the most useful thing that happened in the chute. It tells you which calves are converting feed and which ones are eating your margin. It sets treatment dosing off live weight instead of by eye. It flags a withdrawal period before you load the trailer. None of that is possible from a number you didn’t keep.

The ear tag already knows who she is.

Now your phone does too.

01 — How it works

Three steps between the squeeze chute and the spreadsheet.

  1. 01

    Pair the scale

Your phone connects to the indicator over Bluetooth. Live weight, tare and zero, straight from the chute. Saved scales reconnect with one tap.

  2. 02

    Record chuteside

One tap files the weight to the animal. Or run auto-weigh: the RFID wand reads the tag, the scale settles, and the record saves itself — hands free.

  3. 03

    See it anywhere

Records sync the moment you are back in signal — offline-first by design. Open the web portal for herd dashboards at the desk.

02 — The record book, retired

Everything the herd does, in one place.

Average daily gain +2.4 lb/day
Five sessions, one animal. The app does the arithmetic.

Weight history and gain

Every weigh-in tracked per head, with gain or loss since the last one at a glance. Herd insights roll it up: totals, averages, gainers against losers.

Health and withdrawal

Vaccinations from a species-filtered catalog, treatments and illness tracking, with withdrawal periods flagged front and center before you ship.

Auto-weigh with RFID

Pair a stick reader alongside the scale. Tag read, weight stable, record filed. ISO 11784/11785 FDX-B tags decode out of the box.

Breeding to birth

Matings, pregnancy checks and due dates computed from real gestation by species. Birth records handle a single calf or a ten-piglet litter.

Costs and ROI per head

Log feed, vet and labor at the animal, group or farm level. Average daily gain, cost of gain and ROI per head — not gut feel.

A complete activity log

An append-only log records every sale, death, treatment and move. Filter by severity, restore mistakes, and the history stays honest.

03 — The web portal

Boots in the field. Numbers at the desk.

  • Herd dashboards — total weight, averages, species mix and trend charts built from your weigh-ins.
  • Browse and search every animal, pasture and event from any browser.
  • Inline edits sync straight back to the phone in the barn.
  • Plan usage meter, so you always know where you stand against your animal limit.

The WT3000-IR AG kit: two heavy-duty weigh bars, Bluetooth indicator in its sealed case, and cabling
Three inches tall. Slides under the chute you already own.

No signal in the back pasture. Doesn’t matter.

WSysFarm is offline-first. Weighing, records and history all work with no connectivity at all. Changes save to the phone and sync the next time you have signal — if the same record was edited in two places, the most recent edit wins.

The indicator runs up to 40 hours on a charge. Between sessions, plug it into any vehicle’s 12 V outlet with the included adapter, or feed it straight from a 12 V solar setup. No inverter, no generator, no extension cord run out to the alley.

  • Offline Capture now, sync later
  • 40 h Runtime per charge
  • 12 V Wall, vehicle or solar
  • 3 species Cattle, pigs, sheep
  • 3 languages English, Portuguese, Spanish

WSysFarm also pairs with the WTBT-BR indicator and the rest of the WT3000-IR and PRO series, so bars you already own can go on the app.

04 — Plans

Priced by the herd, not by the seat.

Every plan includes every feature — you pay only as the herd grows. Only active animals count: sold, deceased and archived animals never count against your limit, and their history stays in your records.

05 — The hardware

The scale the app was built around.

Two heavy-duty weigh bars and a Bluetooth indicator that slide under the squeeze chute you already own. No dongles, no cables, no retyping numbers off a display. The team that sells and supports the scale builds the software.

The kit ships as bars and indicator only. No chute brackets or platform are included. The bars bolt to your chute’s base frame and a level pad, or under a flat platform you build to the hole pattern. Drilling or fabrication is typically required. Measure your chute against the bar dimensions before ordering, or contact our sales team for a fit check.
