Two carbon-steel-coated bars, a Bluetooth-enabled indicator, power supply, and vehicle adapter all live in one IP65 carry case. 21402Weigh Bar Pro (pair)
Two carbon steel bars with electrostatic coating, 1,115 mm (43.9 in) long and 115 mm (4.5 in) high overall, with a 77.35 mm (3.05 in) low-profile beam. Designed to sit flat under a chute floor channel, on a concrete pad, or directly on packed dirt. Together the pair supports either the 5,000 lb × 1 lb or 11,000 lb × 1 lb calibrated configuration.

Six-digit backlit LCD with a 55 mm digit height — readable across an alley in full sun. Color-changing backlight confirms each weigh-in. Sample speed 80/sec, internal resolution 1/500,000, Bluetooth 4.0 built in.
12 VDCPower + vehicle adapter
Runs off a 110/220 V wall outlet through the included supply, or off any vehicle's 12 V accessory port through the cigarette-lighter adapter. Also accepts direct 12 V solar input — no inverter or generator required.

The Weigh Bar Pro is a standalone pair of load bars — 1,115 mm (43.9 in) long, 160 mm (6.3 in) wide and 115 mm (4.5 in) tall. Like any cattle weigh bar, you bolt them one of two ways:
Under a squeeze chute
Bolt the bars to the chute’s base frame and down to a level concrete pad. The animal stands in the chute as normal.
Under a weigh platform
Bolt the bars beneath a flat, open-sided deck set in the alley — no concrete needed. The most universal way to mount them.
Top mounting-hole pattern: holes on 950 mm (37.4 in) and 854 mm (33.6 in) centres, with outer bolt-down feet at 1,065 mm (41.9 in) and 120 mm spacing across the bar. Build your platform or mount to these centres.The WT3000-IR-AG indicator accepts standard 6-wire load-bar inputs, so it works with load bars from other makers, including Gallagher and Tru-Test, once wiring and calibration are confirmed. The Weigh Bar Pro pair (each bar 1,115 mm / 43.9 in long) is supplied without brand-specific brackets: it bolts under a squeeze chute or a flat weigh platform like a standard load bar, and drilling or fabrication is typically required. Chute makers don’t publish third-party bar lengths, so send us your chute make, model and base dimensions and we will confirm fit before you order.

Will the bars fit my existing chute?
The Weigh Bar Pro is a universal-style load bar that bolts under a squeeze chute (to the chute frame and a concrete pad) or under a flat weigh platform. The bars are supplied without brand-specific brackets, and chute makers don’t publish third-party bar lengths, so send us your chute make, model and base dimensions and we will confirm fit. Measure your chute against the bar’s dimensions (1,115 mm / 43.9 in long, 160 mm / 6.3 in wide, 115 mm / 4.5 in tall, top mounting holes on 950 / 854 mm centres) and confirm the fit before ordering. Drilling or a fabricated platform may be required.
Can I use this with weigh bars I already own from Gallagher or Tru-Test?
Yes. The WT3000-IR-AG indicator (sold separately as part number 21401) accepts standard 6-wire load-bar inputs and can be paired with existing Gallagher, Tru-Test or Datamars Livestock bars in place of the original head unit, once wiring and calibration are confirmed. Order the indicator alone if you don't need a second set of bars.
How does the battery handle a full working day in the field?
A single charge delivers up to 40 hours with one load cell connected; runtime is shorter with more load cells or the backlight on. For multi-day pasture work, plug the indicator into any 12 V vehicle outlet between sessions using the included cigarette-lighter adapter, or run it directly off a 12 V solar setup. There's no need for a separate inverter or generator.
What accuracy class is the indicator?
Class III, up to 10,000 divisions. Contact sales to confirm NTEP status for your application.
Do the bars come with mounting brackets or a platform?
No. The kit is the two Weigh Bar Pro bars, the WT3000-IR-AG indicator, power supply, vehicle adapter and IP65 case. The bars have slotted mounting feet, so you bolt them to your chute’s base frame and a concrete pad, or to a flat platform you supply or build to the hole pattern shown above (950 / 854 mm centres).
Do I need the AP-02 tablet, or does my phone work?
Any modern Android phone running the WSysFarm app will pair with the indicator over Bluetooth (Android available now; iOS coming). The AP-02 Plus is for operations that want a dedicated chute-side device with a built-in thermal ticket printer — useful for buyer transactions, vet visits, and custodial records.
