Compact IP68 cast-aluminum junction box for 2 to 4 load cells.
The WeightechUSA WT4 (SKU 40001) sums up to four analog load cells into one signal for the weight indicator, with an individual trimpot per cell for corner adjustment. Cast-aluminum housing, PA66 cable glands and IP68 sealing make it suitable for indoor and outdoor scales.

01Cast-aluminum housing
Cast aluminum with a high degree of thermal and electrical insulation, in a compact 135 × 65 × 38 mm footprint.
02PA66 cable glands
Polyamide PA66 glands accept cables from 3.5 to 7 mm outer diameter, with excellent sealing and high mechanical resistance.
03IP68 sealed enclosure
Sealing finish rated IP68: the box can be exposed to high-pressure jets and dust.
04 / 06Corner adjustmentOne trimpot per load cell.
Inside, the adjustment board carries four groups of five terminals (CN1–CN4), one per load cell, each paired with its own trimpot (T1–T4). The adjustment range is approximately 4.2% of output for 350 Ω load cells.
STEP 1Open the jumpers
Remove jumpers J1, J2, J3 and J4 — always all four together.
STEP 2Center the trimpots
New boxes ship centered. Otherwise turn each trimpot to the end of its range (sequential click), then 10 turns back.
STEP 3Know the direction
To lower a corner reading, turn VR1 (T1) and VR2 (T2) clockwise, VR3 (T3) and VR4 (T4) counterclockwise.
STEP 4Compare and trim
Zero the indicator, load each corner and compare diagonally (cell 1 vs 3, 2 vs 4). Trim the higher corner down to match; repeat until equal.
