    High-performance load cell digitizer for checkweighers.

    The WeightechUSA PDCC (SKU 20090) is a load cell signal digitizer for industrial processes that demand high precision and speed. It is configured by software and is fully parameterizable through the HBM standard communication protocol, over a serial or Ethernet interface. SKU 20090 is the bare circuit board only (factory code 503329, serial port boot version), supplied without an enclosure.

    SKU 20090 is the bare PDCC board, supplied without an enclosure and with no degree of protection. The PDCC is also made in a plastic cabinet with a DIN-rail bracket and in an IP67 stainless steel cabinet, available on request.

    RS-232, RS-485 (half- and full-duplex) and Ethernet TCP/IP (RJ45). Serial speed 1200–115200 bps, Ethernet 10/100 Mbps. The active interface is selected in software; the manual states that only one can be used at a time.

    Up to 8 load cells of 350 Ω, or up to 16 load cells of 700 Ω in parallel (minimum equivalent resistance 40 Ω). 5 V load cell supply, six-terminal load cell connector (J4: excitation, sense, signal).
