    The PDCC Digitizer Board is a robust and powerful load cell signal digitizer, designed for industrial processes that demand high precision and speed. Through con guration via software and the possibility of receiving commands via a communication interface that can be selected from several available options, the PDCC Digitizer is fully parameterizable via the HBM standard communication protocol.

    Special features:

    • Operates in an industrial environment;
    • Performs weighing operation;
    • Fully parameterizable;
    • Restricts changes to calibration parameters through hardware protection;
    • Can be configured remotely without the need for proprietary application software;
    • Supports protocols over RS-232, RS-485 full-duplex to half-duplex and TCP/IP over Ethernet;
    • Can supply up to 16 load cells with an output impedance of 700 ohms each, connected in parallel;
    • Displays conversion values numerically (counts) or mathematically equalized by calibration equation (weight);
    • It has a simplified RS-232 interface (only TX, RX and GND pins) supporting communication rates of up to 115200 bps and isolated;
    • It has an isolated half-duplex and full-duplex RS-485 interface supporting communication rates of up to 1 Mbps;
    • 10/100 Mbps 802.3 base TX Ethernet interface with RJ45 connector;
    • Six isolated TTL digital outputs and two isolated TTL digital inputs.
